If you haven’t visited Copenhagen yet, you should definitely put it on your go to list. And if you have been there, you should go there again. The city is a veritable gold mine for anybody interested in amazing food and wonderful drinks. So book a stay at a design hotel in central Copenhagen and you’re in for a treat.
Denmark, the Land of Beer
The first thing that comes to mind when thinking of Denmark and drinks is naturally beer. This is after all the home of Carlsberg and Tuborg, which have been brewed in Copenhagen since the late 1840’s.
Today though, the capital as well as the rest of the country is full of micro breweries creating a plethora of interesting and extremely tasty beers. Among the famous names you’ll find Mikkeller, Nørreby bryghus and To Øl.
…but Not Only Beer
Today Copenhagen and Denmark are not all about beer, though. Instead the bar scene has grown and it is easy to find amazing and highly creative cocktails at several places. Among the bars to visit if you want to experience some of the best Copenhagen has to offer is Ruby, Lidkoeb and Curfew.
